Why myreward?
myreward provides recommenders with points based rewards for cases
sent through to us. myreward is a scheme for individual staff members and
is in addition to the already great commission we pay recommenders.
How do I get myreward points?
For every case you send to us under your individual log-on, you will
automatically be allocated points. Our standard points allocation is set out below:
For Sale Cases:
- On receipt of starter pack and memo of sale = 300 Points
- On exchange of contracts = 700 Points
For Purchase Cases:
- On receipt of starter pack = 300 Points
- On exchange of contracts = 700 Points
For Remortgage Cases:
- On legal completion of the remortgage case = 500 Points

What can I spend my points on?
The new myreward scheme provides you with access to over 5,000 reward options –
from CDs to DVDs to exciting experience days to plasma TVs. Add a market leading
range of vouchers to the mix and the choice is almost limitless!
What if I don't have enough points for the reward I want?
You can top up your myreward points using a credit card, debit card, or cheque.
Simply add your chosen reward to your basket and you will be told the balance left
to pay. Of course the more cases you send us, the more points you will earn,
so why not add your chosen reward to the Wish List and wait until you've earned
sufficient points.
Why can I not see my allocated points?
We only show points in our active pipeline. Any case which is in abeyance or falls
through will not be awarded points. Don't worry if the case restarts – we'll make
sure you're awarded your points.
